Joining a Westside Wines club means we will become your personal stewards on a wine journey around the world.

Our curated quarterly wine clubs offer unique avenues of exploration into the world of wine: the “Tried & True” club for those on the hunt for exemplary essentials from around the world, the “Trailblazer” for those wanting to explore unique varietals and styles from up-and-coming producers and regions, and the “Northwest Selections” for those looking to enjoy a variety of local gems.

We also offer two additional routes with our “Premium Picks” and “Bubbles” options.

Any of our clubs can be joined individually or in combination with any other club(s). However, if you would like to experience the entirety of our quarterly curation, we also offer “The Whole Shebang” club, which includes all 16 bottles from our five individual clubs.

Tried & True: For those who prefer to stick to the tried and true, this route introduces you to both emerging and generational producers of well-known varieties and quintessential styles of winemaking.

4 bottles — $125 per quarter


Trailblazer: For the curious among us, our Trailblazer route takes you on a journey of discovery. These selections feature wines from off-the-beaten-track places around the world, obscure and rare grapes, and unique wine-making styles.

4 bottles — $100 per quarter


NW Selections: Enjoy 4 bottles per quarterly release from the Willamette Valley, Columbia Gorge, Eastern Washington, and more.

4 bottles — $150


Premium Picks: This allocation consists of two bottles of premium food-friendly wine, perfect for when company comes over, or you'd like to bring a nice bottle with you to a dinner party.

2 bottles - $100 per quarter


Bubbles: Whether you drink bubbles on the regular or enjoy celebrating life's special moments with them, we'll hook you up with great sparkling wines. This selection will typically consist of one traditional method sparkling wine and one ancestral method sparkling wine. 

2 bottles - $75 per quarter


The Whole Shabang: Why pick and choose when you can have it all?

16 bottles - $550 per quarter

Detailed Wine Notes - with each wine pick up, you will receive detailed notes on each of your wines. Notes may include info on the grape varieties, geology of the wine region, farming practices, winemaking techniques, local traditions, and/or food pairings and recipes.

Pick Up Party - as a wine club member our pick up parties are free to attend for you and a guest. At each party we’ll be pouring a selections of wines from all of the clubs.

When do I need to sign up?
Sign up at least two weeks before the pick-up party to receive the next quarterly release. (I.e. sign up by the 1st of August to receive wines at the pickup party on August 14tth.)

When can I get my first order?
Our wine club pickup parties happen quarterly on a Thursday evening. They’ll happen in May, August, November, and February.

When do I get billed?
When you sign up for a wine club, you will have a recurring membership. Your card on file will be charged two weeks before the next pickup party.

How do I change my subscription?
If you would like to edit which club(s) you are subscribed to, please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

How do I get my ongoing order?
Orders will be available for pick up at the quarterly pick-up parties on the second Thursday in February, May, August, and November. If you cannot make it to a party, you can pick up your order anytime during our normal business hours.

We ask that club members commit to at least three allocations.

You can cancel at any time, but if you do so before receiving three allocations you will be charged a $100 cancelation fee.

We ask club members to pick up their allocations at the quarterly pick-up parties or during normal business hours in the six weeks following each club release. Any wine not picked up by the six week point will be donated.
